Meet Leilani, known to her family as Lani. Our cherries are named after Leilani - she is the youngest daughter of one of our cherry grower’s Michael Jones. The name Leilani simply means heaven, princess, royal – a perfect description for our Lani cherries, that’s why we call them ‘heavenly cherries’.
Many of our growers are family businesses and combine years of knowledge with a deep-rooted passion for superior quality and taste. The Jones family have been growing cherries for over 35 years. The orchard is nestled amongst the mountains, on the banks of the Kawarau gorge in Central Otago, New Zealand.
Our delicious Lani cherries are available in early December. Look for our cherries in a produce department near you.
